Return Policy
Items shipped from dreamsproductstrading may be returned within 18 days of receipt of shipment under specific conditions.
- Final Sale Items: All makeup products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, returns or exchanges may be accepted for certain accessories, brushes, and makeup cases within 18 days.
- Damaged or Missing Items: If you receive a damaged product or have missing items from your order, please contact us immediately. Do not discard the damaged product or the packaging box. We will ask you to send photos of the damaged item and the packaging to determine if the product was tampered with. We can provide a credit memo or a replacement. Claims for damaged products must be made within one week of receiving the order. Requests made beyond this time frame will not be honored.
- Shipping Note: We do not accept returns shipped to a P.O. Box.
- Return Shipping: If a return is necessary, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds may take up to 14 days to process and reflect on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
Cancellations
- 8-Hour Order Cancellation: Many items are eligible for an 8-hour no-penalty cancellation period. You have up to 8 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order by contacting Customer Support at 949 394 5848 or support@dreamsproductstrading.

After the 8-hour window, cancellations will not be accepted. - Order Fulfillment: Once the 8-hour cancellation window has closed, the fulfillment process, which may include shipping, generally begins. As a result, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be requested until the estimated delivery date has passed.
Refund Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, except under special circumstances:
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale,” secondhand, or refurbished items are non-refundable. These items are clearly labeled on their product pages.
- Household Supplies: Items such as cleaning products, toilet paper, and related items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Perishable Items: Food, pet food, beverages, vitamins, and supplements cannot be returned.
- Personal Care Items: Products like toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, feminine hygiene items, and soaps cannot be returned.
